About Me

I am a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner and COR.E Performance Dynamics Specialist, and a passionate creative professional with over twenty-five years working in the performing arts industry as a director, choreographer, producer, writer and dance educator. I am a scrabble and crossword geek, an eternal optimist, and an amateur photographer.

They are of special places or moments in my journey, captured in appreciation of the beauty I see all around us.

I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, and wife. There are two cities I call my home but I live in an innumerable number of places, in moments discovered all around me; where the seemingly unremarkable becomes profound.

I am a coach because I strongly believe that coaching has the power to transform and impact the way we look at and experience our lives.
